Suggested Use
Apply to clean dry skin. Suggested amount per application is 5 pumps (1mL). If desired, multiple application can be made throughout the day. Moisturize skin between applications to avoid dry skin. Ideal application sites including cheat, clavicle, shoulders and upper arms.

I've been buying Helios off and on since it's release. Last night my shoulders literally awakened me and the first thing I did was grab it off my nightstand and rub some on. My spouse mixed it with another topical OTC post surgery days for her neck for a month and it relieved pain.

After over a decade in construction, one accumulates plenty of aches & pains. HELIOS was an incredible save. Easy to apply & fast acting. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have a physical lifestyle.

With a little pain in the wrist (hits without gloves). Which bothered me. Helios quickly hit me with this feeling of recovery. Apés 1 week is due to 2 pumps on the wrist. There remains only very little gene. I can redo calisthenics by taking support on my wrist in pain.
