Suggested Use
Apply to clean dry skin. Suggested amount per application is 5 pumps (1mL). If desired, multiple application can be made throughout the day. Moisturize skin between applications to avoid dry skin. Ideal application sites including cheat, clavicle, shoulders and upper arms.

I am new to apex products for about a month now and I've already repurchased the Epichaos 100 and the Ursa. As well as purchased about 80% of the rest of the apex line. Peppermint oil is a major medicinal oil for head aches. This stuff is really strong smelling, so if you don’t like peppermint definitely not the right purchase. It made me feel instantly calmer. Overall, so happy with this product. I love its simple ingredients too. Love it!

I think AET is underrated, I used it a year ago for a while but didn't notice much of a difference at 1mL in the mornings. Now I realize I should have dosed it higher, especially at night. It's as effective as KSM-Ashwagandha for cortisol control and recomp for me but doesn't seem to lose effectiveness after a couple months like KSM does. I have 60mL on subscription now!

I legit felt relaxed after using it on day 2. As someone with adhd this is so good to add together with my meds. My meds can sometimes cause anxiety but b-AET 2.5 pumps in the morning smooths it out and eases the tension in my body and another 2.5 pumps 1 hour before bed to slow my thoughts before sleep.

I've used this before and each time I use it, my sleep improves. What I really enjoy about it, what my body responds well to, is having proper and healthy BMs. Not sure how the ingredients figure into that for me but it definitely makes sure all the junk inside me leaves my body. Will have to subscribe to this so its always a daily staple in the future.
