Shipping policy

Apex Alchemy uses USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer at checkout (available for certain international customers). Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.

Apex Alchemy is not responsible for packages that show a successful delivery per the order's tracking number. As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that your package is being shipped to a secure location. If a package shows a successful delivery per the tracking number, no refunds will be issued or order replacement shipped.
