Suggested Use

Apply to clean dry skin. Suggested amount per application is 5 pumps (1mL). If desired, multiple application can be made throughout the day. Moisturize skin between applications to avoid dry skin. Ideal application sites including cheat, clavicle, shoulders and upper arms.

Quality Cortisol Reduction
Kicks in almost immediately, can feel a sense of calm and slight tiredness. Definitely recommended for use a half hour before bedtime for some of the best sleep ever. I really enjoy this product. Just hard to justify using it everyday with how expensive my typical stack is, but if I was more financially stable, I would use daily.

LOVE this , will be a added to my regimen
Love this AET-50. Best sleep I've gotten in years and really cuts the fat and brings the abdominals out with proper diet. I rub it on my upper chest before bed at night and I'm asleep in 15 mins. Awesome product.
